Honest answers, early

Short answers while the island is still a vision.

The questions so far

Is anything for sale right now?

No. Twin Cays is at the vision stage: nothing is offered or sold today, and no money is requested. Registering interest is not a commitment; it means you hear first if formal documents ever exist.

Is Twin Cays an investment?

No. Nothing is being offered. If that ever changes it would be through formal documents, only where lawful, and we will say so plainly.

What does registering interest mean?

You leave your details and hear first when there is real news. It is non-binding, creates no commitment, and you can opt out at any time.

Who is this for?

Adults 18+ who want a relaxed, welcoming island to spend the day on. LGBTQ+ welcoming, never exclusive — the common thread is the vibe, not who you are.

Is it LGBTQ+ friendly?

Yes. Twin Cays is LGBTQ+ welcoming and never exclusive: one island, open to every adult 18+ who loves the vibe.

Why 18+?

Adults-only by design — grown-up quiet when you want it, grown-up fun when you want that instead. The whole island holds one age line.

Will there be a bar?

A cash bar is the plan. Alcohol would be served only there, and only to adults of local legal drinking age.

Where is it?

Somewhere in the Caribbean. The exact island has not been chosen yet.

How would I get there?

Travel depends on which island is chosen, so it is still being planned. Details come once there is a real plan.

How is the island powered?

Solar, by design. The plan is for the island to run on solar power from the start.

Still curious?

Registering is non-binding and creates no commitment.
